Proposition 65 warning

Proposition sixty five has identified numerous chemicals which are known to the State Of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Common items and the air we breathe may contain such chemicals, while many exposures can be linked to industrial activities.

In compliance with the State of California Hazard Communication Regulation (California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 5194) we are required to notify you that job materials used by Cal Coating Asphalt, Inc. may be found on California's list of hazardous materials; commonly known as Proposition sixty five. However, it is your responsibility to inform your employees, customers, tenants, and/or anyone who may be on your premises concerning this regulation.
